• Manage and process customs documentation for both exports and imports, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with trading partners, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Leverage SAP and TradeNet to streamline customs documentation processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with evolving trade regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on customs documentation procedures.
• Monitor and report on customs documentation processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle any customs clearance issues or disputes, working closely with customs authorities to resolve them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs documentation and international trade compliance.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
