📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and baking areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all products.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory and supplies.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dough for baking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food production environment.
• Familiarity with baking techniques and equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards precisely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
