📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze training needs for commercial teams
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs using Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Workspace
• Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial training
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs using Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must
