📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Use tools like Greenhouse and Lever to manage and streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure we're attracting the right candidates.
• Source and screen candidates, leveraging both internal and external recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to support our company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven experience using recruitment software like Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
