As a Waiter, you’ll greet guests with a warm smile, take orders, and ensure they leave with a memorable dining experience. In the kitchen, as a Cook Helper, you’ll assist chefs in preparing delicious meals using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. And as a Bar Helper, you’ll mix cocktails, pour drinks, and provide excellent service to guests at our lively bars. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional service to guests in restaurants, resorts, and bars.
- Take and deliver food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking meals using fresh ingredients.
- Mix and pour drinks, including cocktails, at our bars.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Learn and adapt to different menu items and drink recipes.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen and service areas.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or bars.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and mixers.
- Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes and drink preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluent in English, as it is the primary language in the hospitality industry in Bali.
- Valid food handling certificate (SNACK GP) is a plus.
