📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to frontline staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Excel, and other relevant software to analyze data and drive decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
