Your role will involve working closely with our trading partners to ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. You'll use industry-standard software like SAP and TradeNet to streamline your processes.

- Manage and process customs documentation for both exports and imports, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with trading partners, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trade operations.
- Leverage SAP and TradeNet to streamline customs documentation processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with evolving trade regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on customs documentation procedures.
- Monitor and report on customs documentation processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle any customs clearance issues or disputes, working closely with customs authorities to resolve them.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs documentation and international trade compliance.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with SAP and TradeNet is a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international trade regulations is essential.
