As a Finance Staff, you'll handle a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the accounting team in the processing of payroll, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain and update financial documentation, ensuring all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your accounting skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and SAP accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
