📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring they align with client vision and industry best practices.
• Manage event budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed within budget.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment, to create seamless guest experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage any necessary permits or licenses.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to promote events and engage with attendees.
• Analyze event feedback and metrics to continuously improve future events.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the event industry to bring fresh ideas to our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
