📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to cooperatives in Pangkal Pinang and the surrounding areas.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of cooperative members.
• Develop and implement cooperative development programs that align with the agency's strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of cooperatives to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to promote cooperative development.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and impact of cooperative development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperatives and community leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cooperative development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cooperative Development, Agricultural Extension, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cooperative development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooperative principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
