📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with Indonesia's data privacy regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and provide guidance on data protection best practices.
• Manage data privacy risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor and report on data breaches, and develop and implement procedures to respond to them.
• Provide training and awareness programs to our employees on data privacy best practices.
• Work closely with our legal, IT, and business teams to ensure that our data processing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in data privacy laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the organization on how to adapt to them.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the protection of personal data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia's data privacy regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Strong understanding of data protection principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data protection impact assessment (DPIA) and data protection by design (DPbD) methodologies.
