📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of bar supplies.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create signature drinks that complement our menu.
• Train and mentor new bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the bar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
