Marketing Executive - Aesthetic Medical Devices

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our aesthetic medical devices.
• Create and manage social media campaigns to engage with beauty clinics and aesthetic doctors.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
• Work with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales.
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand new products and features.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical devices or beauty industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
