📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our distribution centers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Coordinate with suppliers, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Analyze data using SAP ERP and other logistics software to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of distribution initiatives.
Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement in our distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and resource planning, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of managing distribution centers and coordinating with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic solutions.
Proficiency in using SAP ERP and other logistics software.
