Oneness is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Document and track all support tickets and issues.

Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs.

Assist in the testing and deployment of new software updates.

Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our POS systems.

Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of POS systems and related software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
