📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with development teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Proven track record of creating and maintaining technical documentation,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
