📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the property management business.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and train a team of property managers and support staff.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, property management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian property management laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
