📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the smooth running of the business.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
