📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment to identify skill gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Manage and supervise junior training officers to ensure the successful execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
