As a Junior Finance Executive at SIRCLO, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. You will also assist in preparing monthly financial reports and support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable.
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
