PT Mitra Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and process journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments.,Maintain and update accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (IPSAS).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
