As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures related to employee relations, benefits, and compliance.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and employee development initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as ATS, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
