📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the ship's crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations.,Monitor and maintain the ship's navigation and safety equipment.,Plan and execute routes, considering weather conditions and port regulations.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and company policies.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Train and develop the crew to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized ship environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other required maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local and international maritime laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
