📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that business development goals are aligned with overall company objectives.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of potential clients through the sales cycle.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.,Provide sales training and support to internal sales teams to ensure consistent performance and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the logistics and property industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
