As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and ensuring that all banquet facilities are well-maintained. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests at the entrance of the banquet hall,Provide information about the event and banquet facilities,Ensure that the banquet hall is clean and well-maintained,Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet facilities,Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests,Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner,Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience for guests,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team,Familiarity with banquet facilities and equipment,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus
