📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers on interview performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
