📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in promoting sales and marketing activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of computer and office software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
