📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to plan and coordinate training activities.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing the training budget and resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
