📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist instructors in preparing and delivering training sessions,Support students with their learning needs and provide feedback,Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance,Assist with the organization and setup of training materials and equipment,Provide administrative support to instructors and the training department,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs,Assist with the evaluation and assessment of student performance,Support the development and implementation of new training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or training role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with educational technology and training tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
