📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all store standards are met.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Experience in managing multi-location stores is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
