📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and tested.

Provide technical support to staff, including training and troubleshooting.

Manage user accounts and access permissions.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement improvements.

Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of the network.

Document all IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

Experience with network administration and security.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of healthcare IT systems is a plus.
