📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts to ensure the successful execution of transformation projects.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine strategic plans and roadmaps.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategy and transformation, and apply this knowledge to our projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field, with a focus on transformation initiatives.,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic transformation initiatives.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices is a plus.,Certifications in strategy, transformation, or related fields are a plus.
