📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and high-caliber positions.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
