📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their tech product needs.
  • Stock and organize the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Promote our products and services to increase sales.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.
  • Uphold the store's policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
