📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and retail management systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and regulations is a plus.
