PRISM Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address vulnerabilities.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.,Maintain and update security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures.,Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related role.,Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security clearance or willingness to obtain one.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
