You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
