📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with customers and other departments to resolve any issues related to deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to junior drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Promote a positive and safe working environment for the delivery team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license (A, B, or C) and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of the delivery area and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.
