In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure seamless supply chain and operational support.,Promote the brand and outlet through effective marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
