In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Barista in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.,Follow and adhere to the coffee shop's health and safety protocols.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering high-quality products and services.
