Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure optimal performance and morale,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Conduct regular staff training and development programs,Prepare and present regular reports to the Area Manager on outlet performance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
