📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Manage the department's budget, ensuring that all financial activities are in line with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's overall objectives are met.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve department performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
