📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate BIM processes and workflows for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla, to support project teams and facilitate data exchange.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into project delivery, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and guidelines for projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for BIM implementation and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, technologies, and industry developments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and practices within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Specialist, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
